About Alejandra

Alejandra García is an Associate practicing in the areas of employment, immigration, corporate and commercial law.

Alejandra provides advice and representation to employers on a wide range of employment and labour matters, including employment agreements, executive compensation, workplace policies, employment standards, disability matters, human rights and the duty to accommodate, occupational health and safety, worker’s compensation and terminations. She also advises individuals on wrongful dismissal, severance and contractual matters.

Alejandra advises businesses, individuals and families and immigration matters and prepares applications for temporary business, employment, permanent residence and citizenship in Canada.

She has experience drafting corporate and commercial agreements and supporting mergers, acquisitions and business transactions.

Originally from El Salvador, Alejandra is passionate about learning and utilizing her Spanish language skills to the benefit of others.
