Jane is a civil litigator in the firm’s Calgary office, with more than a decade in practice. She has appeared at every level of court in Alberta and before the Federal Court of Canada, in matters ranging from oppression applications and construction claims to professional negligence, employment and human rights complaints, and defamation.
Vance is the firm’s managing partner, based in Calgary. His immigration law practice covers Canadian and US mobility for all types of business, family and individual clients. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2018. In 2026, he co-authored Lexology In Depth: Corporate Immigration – Edition 16 – Canada.
Tajinder practices business law from our Vancouver office, advising public and private companies, institutional investors, high net worth individuals, and family offices across a range of industries. His work covers the formation and structuring of business entities, shareholder and governance matters, commercial arrangements, equity and debt financings, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations.
