About Nayaab

Nayaab Bajwa practices in the areas of business law and dispute resolution law.

In the area of business law, Nayaab works with small and medium business owners on incorporation, shareholder and governance matters, reorganizations, share and asset transactions, debt and equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions. She assists clients with clear and effective legal agreements across traditional and emerging industries, including cross-border transactions.

Nayaab has experience with dispute resolution law, including corporate, regulatory, estates and other civil matters. She has a collaborative and skilled approach to managing risk and resolving conflicts.

Prior to joining Langford Law, Nayaab worked at a national law firm, where she gained experience in securities and capital markets, venture capital, banking, and insolvency law.
